Not bad, Solomon. Review the part of the book about proper bar position (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2tyOLvArw0). Don't be surprised if a lower bar position causes a slightly more horizontal back angle - and that's totally allowed for a low bar back squat.

Your heels come up a bit too at the bottom, which tells me that you need to get your balance back to the middle of the foot.

Finally, do a better job of shoving your knees out to the sides and keeping them there. No more allowing them to pinch inwards.

Good start. Let's see what you can do next time with these cues.

I know my depth is an issue also. The tips you gave me I think will help me with that.

I will work on getting the bar lower.

Keeping my knees out is becoming a struggle , especially my left knee. I start using that cue on the descent and i feel like I might be focusing on it too much , to the point where I'm not conscious of other things, like keeping my hip angle tight. But since I hit 200# its been an issue.

Thanks for the feedback I will work on it!

Yes, it can be overwhelming when you're working on several cues at once - but knees out is very important. I'm not familiar with cueing hip angle, as you stated. Usually that figures itself out when the bar is over mid foot and you're using a good balance of knee and hip to reach depth. Keep on it. Catch you next time.

Was just referring to keeping the midsection tight after my knees are bent. Anyways, I should get the next vid up tomorrow. Thanks Again.

Was a bad night, no excuses. But I said I'd post a vid.
Still didn't get the bar down enough, still ended up off balance, still let the elbows drop, still didn't hit depth.
    Tomorrow is a new day

Not a bad start, Solomon. Keep cueing the knees out. We'll see your next vids.

Just to reiterate--get that bar down off your traps and onto your delts. The position of the bar changes the dynamics of the lift. Trying to use low-bar cues with the bar up high is causing you problems.

This is my 3rd set from this morning. I feel like its better but I still haven't nailed it yet. I got it lower but probably not low enough, at the end of the 2nd rep the bar actually rolled back up my back.
I'm surprised that this was not an overnight fix for me.
Will post again soon. And sorry for the video quality , i shot it portrait by accident and its a bit far away.
Have a good turkey day all.

Okay Solomon, you're getting there. Right now bar position is the big thing. Find that spot and keep that bar in place. Chalk helps majorly.
