Power Clean Form Check
I've been struggling with my cleans. I reread the chapter. Watched as many videos as possible. Took some footage. What am I missing here?

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on getting me a form check video that doesn't suck. Holy fuck. I can actually see what you are doing. No shit, if everyone who would post on this board would do the same, I would be a happy motherfucker. Job well done.
You have a lot of the pieces here, but you aren't quite putting them together. Narrow your stance a little and drive your knees out into your elbows. Move your grip out by a finger width on each side. Don't rush your setup. You need to get tight and get in good position. It should not be comfortable. Keep the bar closer to you. Drag it up your legs. When you rack the bar, let go of it so that it rolls into your fingertips and you catch it on your shoulders, not your hands. Start with those.
