    Coaches,

Can you take a look at my squat for me? If you look at my feet I am having trouble with the weight coming forward and lifting my heels off the ground. This tends to be a bigger problem as the weight gets heavier. Is this as simple as trying to sit back more?

There are a few things you can try. For sure, you need to push your knees out hard at the bottom and as you start to come up. If that doesn't fix it, you can try sitting back and making sure that your weight is distributed through your whole foot as you start the squat. This may require that you push your toes hard into the ground if you're used to trying to keep your weight in your heels by lifting your toes.

Thanks Nick! I'll give those a try. I know you can't see the bar placement on my video too well but could the weight shift forward if you have the bar to high?

The weight can also shift forward if you don't keep your chest up at the bottom. Your bar placement looks ok. Maybe a tiny bit high.
