Looks like a solid set of high bar squats. I'd probably have you point your toes out a bit more and push knees to match, but from that angle, looks pretty good overall.
todays workout 3 sets of 5 reps at 117.5kg, previoulsy had worked upto 122.5kg for 3 sets of 5 but reset after a minor back twinge. trying to focu on staying more upright coming out of the hole. im 83-85kgs and 165cms. thanks for any input

ive been trying to focus more lately on keeping my elbows forward, chest up to stop me rounding forward coming out of the hole, thankyou very much for your time
