    Takes me about 75 minutes including warmup routine. About an hour of actual lifting.

    About an hour. I take decent breaks between work sets (3-4 mins) but do the warmup sets without resting much, so that saves a bit of time. Some people save time by warming up the next exercise while finishing the current one, but I find that breaks my concentration, so I'd rather not do that.

    For the first couple of months, 45 minutes to an hour. After that, 90+ minutes as things got heavy.

    starting strength coach development program
    I lift pretty heavy so I take time to recooperate between sets. I take 90 -110 minutes for a three exercise workout. I don't warm up too much either.
