    Thou shalt film a set from the rear oblique as specified in yon sticky. It is very difficult to talk about your squats from you have provided.

    Sorry about that. The dumb bell rack was the most convenient location for placing my phone at first. I moved an incline bench around for this session and got the rear oblique view here: http://youtu.be/xpoGr8JLnes. Third work set at 225 lbs, after tweaking my back slightly (http://startingstrength.com/resource...ad.php?t=55275). The bright window in the background is messing with the exposure so I'm a bit dark.

    Ya, video quality is pretty poor there Rob, hard to see much. I think depth is there. Knees look good in rep 1, they move at the bottom in the other reps, I think, though not terribly. Something I see makes me wonder about your hip drive, but it's really too poor a quality vid to say much for certain.
