    I wanted to ask about my nutrition,I am 38,male,6 ft,158 down from 195,I have been on a diet for the last seven months and now want to start slowly gaining.I am lifting 3 days a week,squatting,ohp,bench, etc except deadlift because if some back issues,trying to progress every week,I seem to put on belly fat quick and that's the reason I got down so low,I was on 1700 cal during diet and have upped it 100 every week to my current calorie intake of
    2200cal
    193 g of carbs•35%
    220 g of pro•40%
    61 g of fat•25%
    Chicken,fish,whey,casein,eggs,Greek yogart,cott cheese,almonds,oats,potato,s potato,green veggies,spinach leafs,natural pb,bananas,creatine

    I'd switch to 180/250/65 (P/C/F) with 35g fiber per day and keep it there for a week. If your weight goes up, keep the macros the same. If your weight goes down, increase macros (carb and fat). If your weight stays the same, macros go up (carb and fat).
