    Default American Sniper Routine

    Coach,
I know I am an idiot for even posting this, but...

For the life of me, I can't see how this routine had any benefit over a straight novice LP with, maybe, some prowler work thrown in. It just seems like a whole lot of tomfoolery and attempt to justify the high $$ the program design and training probably cost.

Oh, and ignore the supplement crap completely....

I assume Cooper was a complete untrained novice...Am I missing something? Was there any benefit to this crap, errr I mean approach?

Programs like this that 'work' are the reason why there's so many personal trainers in the world.

It seems to be Hollywood's latest thing for actors to miraculously add 30-40lb of muscle over a matter of months between films, but of course that must be entirely due to their magic training routines and supplements program (Does T Nation own Plazma and Mag-10?)

Nothing to do with the likely use of other 'supplements' by these guys.

That's a crapload of supplements. Maybe we could get Jordan to chime in on what all that stuff is?

The ankle mobility was probably what got him there.

He was probably already pretty strong. Those workouts look like they use bodybuilding rep ranges. I'm sure he used the best recovery options as well.

Seems like your normal, look like you're strong program. Whereas LP will make you strong but you won't necessarily look it. I mean, Hollywood would never try to deceive with appearances, would it?

"Bradley never missed a workout. He came in early, trained brutally hard, and followed the supplement plan to the T." Coincidence? I think not.

    Pharmaceutical enhancements, perhaps?
