    I am preparing my banana hammock for the spring and need to cut some fat. I have switched programming to an Andy Baker published bodybuilding routine from more of a TM programming approach. I am also going to utilize the prowler more often and make smarter food choices. Will I be able to lose fat maintaining bodyweight or should I be looking to drop some lbs?

    I think you should look to slowly lose weight if you want to be really lean. If not, then well....what are we talking about exactly?
