Default Forearms feel like they're going to explode

When I deadlift I feel like I'm able to go a few more reps, but my forearms restrict me because of the intense pump they're going through.

I'll be on rep 4 or 5 on the last set and I have to stop and squeeze my forearms in fear of something bad happening (no joke)

Is there any way I can build up forearm strength/mass in order to perform the deadlift better?

Sounds cool. Maybe it's your supps working like they're advertised.

Sounds like you're doing it. Arnold would be so proud.

Worst case scenario: exercise induced compartment syndrome.

Most likely scenario: You just need to lay of the curls brah. Most likely you got you a case of pronator teres syndrome....from too many curls.

I believe the advice I saw in a prior thread was to do a backoff set of 5 with a fat bar at half of the work set weight. If you don't have access to a fat bar, there are grips you can buy that fit over a regular barbell to increase the diameter.

    I don't understand? My sups?

I'm taking Muscle Assault Pharm as a pre workout. It's giving me a boost for sure. Does that have anything to do with my tight feeling in my forearms

You don't like an intense pump?
