Tired as a fuck. Sleepy and grumpy as hell.
    Squats:
    10x20
    6x40
    5x50
    4x65
    5x85kg for 3 sets

    Bench:
    15x20
    5x40
    5x50
    3x60
    5x72kg for 3 sets

    DL:
    8x70
    3x100
    5x125kg

    Squats: 6 + 3 x 70kg

A little worried about the knee pain that I have during squats. Gone when I'm done but freaking scared about it getting worse.

Oh, and no knee pain what so ever. That's a big big bonus.

    Today's session.
    Squats:
    5x20kg
    7x50kg
    4x70kg
    2x80kg
    3x85kg for 6 sets
    2-3 minutes rest between sets.

    A. Dips: 4, 5, 4
    B. Chins: 7, 6, 5
1 minute rest. Chins are done with ropes and rings. Should be interesting to see how chins would be on a bolted to the wall bar. Time will tell.

    Default Garage training, project squats.

Tired due to a lot of wine and cheese from yesterday evening. But it went well, and felt easy and painless.

    Squats:
    10x20
    6x50
    4x70
    2x80
2x85kg for 6 sets with 2 minute rest between sets.
The 2 last sets I paused in bottom position. A second or so.

    A. One handed barbell row:
    5x20kg, 5x35kg for 3 sets

    B. One handed barbell press:
    5x20kg, 3,3,4 x 35kg

    Russian twist 3x10 @ 30kg

Feeling really good on squats today, looking forward for doing 4x6 on Tuesday.

    Squats:
    5x20kg
    8x50
    4x70
2x80 (and there we got some knee pain again)
After a lot of stretching I got my work sets done:
4x85kg for 5 sets and 6x85kg as a good finish. Shame on the pain, hopefully gone next time.

    Chins:
    3xBW, 3xBW+10kg, 2xBW+15kg x 2 sets and 4, 5 x BW as a wrap up.

Got an appointment booked to check up my knees. Thursday next week. Started warming up and felt the knee pain in my left knee cap right away. So this days planned squats went to hell.

Played around with 20kg kettlebell instead.
    A: presses 5,5,5,6,7 each arm
    B: swings 20,20,20,20,25

    This sucks.....

So, been sick for two weeks. Got an angry flue with 10 days of fever and sinusitis and some other stuff. Hurray....
Dropped about 3-4kg of weight and gained 1-2 cm waist size. WTF!

Did some squats to get some feeling to it.
    Box squats:
    10x20kg
    5x50kg x 3 sets
    3x70kg
    3x80kg
    8x60kg

    Front squats:
    3x50kg x 3sets.

Have absolutely no power left in my body. Patience is what I need to have here. I might drop squatting to two times a week, depending on how my knees works out. Or do them not so deep for a period. IŽll have to talk with my physiotherapist about it on Monday. To be continued....
