While re reading SS in prep for the seatle cert next week. I notice rip initial squat ques with the empty bar was push out your knees and squat down, not sit back. After posting on his q&a him confirming don't que sit back Unless the person dose not do it when instructed to squat down. Every time I post Mac ward would tell me my knees were not forward enough. I relized I always thought sit back to start. So I started just thinking squat down not back, and noticed my knees came forward to a more appropriate point, and I could drive my hips hard and not feel like I am going to tip over. So after my work set did some form practice with the new form wanted to get the A ok before putting in anymore time with it. Thank you in advance looking foward to meeting some of you next weekend!!!
