    Going off the "To Be A Beast" article I am following case #2. I was at 192 and cut down to 180 now I want to pack weight on more appropriately. I've come to the realization I can't eat healthy and gain weight without counting calories, so I present to you, my diet. Any suggestions? Thank You.

    Meal 1/breakfast: 5 eggs, 2 bacon slices, 1 pop tart, 1 cup milk

    3 eggs, 2 egg whites P: 26g C: 0g F: 15g Calories: 244
    1 pop tart P: 2 C: 35 F: 5 Cals: 190
    2 slices bacon: P: 6g C: 0g F: 7g Calories: 90
    1 cup milk: P: 8g C: 12g F8g: Cals: 150

    Meal 2: chicken breast, 2 cups veggies, 1 cup rice
    1 6oz chicken breast: P: 35g C: 0g F: 3.75 Calories: 165
    2 cups veggies: P: 6g C: 30g F: 0g Cal: 160
    1 cup rice: P: 4g C: 40g F: 3g Calories: 200

    Meal 3/pre: 1.5 scoops whey w 3/4cup oats, froyo cup
    1.5 scoops whey: P: 30g C: 15 F: 2.25g Calories=195
    Oatmeal (3/4 cup)=P: 7.5g, C:40g, F: 4g, Calories: 225
    Froyo cup: P: 5g C: 33g F: 1.5g Cals: 170

    Meal 4/post: 2 scoops whey w/ 2 scoops waxy maize, 5g creatine
    2 scoops whey: P: 42g C: 20g F: 3g Calories: 260
    2 scoops Waxy maize: P: 0g C: 74g F:0g Calories: 300

    Meal 5: 2 pop tarts, 2 cups milk
    2 cups milk: P: 5g C: 33g F: 1.5g Cals: 170
    2 pop tarts: P: 4g C: 70g F: 10g Cals: 380

    Meal 6: 2 tbsp pb on 2 slices of WW bread, 2 cups milk
    2 tbsp pb: P: 7g C: 8g F: 16g Calories: 190
    2 slices WW bread: P: 6g C: 24g F: 2g Calories: 140
    2 cups milk: P: 16g C: 22g F: 16g Calories: 300
    Oatmeal (3/4 cup)=P: 7.5g, C:40g, F: 4g, Calories: 225

    Totals:
    Protein: 217g
    Carbs: 498g
    Fat: 102g
    Cals: 3,754
    Fiber: ~40g

    Looks fine unless you were eating less than 3200kCal before in which case this is probably too big of a jump in calories initially.

    Okay the first week didn't go great. I ate what was in my diet but I was just struggling to get it all down. I was even waking up earlier and staying up later trying to cram it in. I'm going to give it another go this week but instead try to take more food to work this week to eat more consistently throughout the day. All is well as I still ate much better than usual. Is it common to eat 3 pop tarts a day, every day? Trying to add up 500g of carbs was a challenge. LOL

    I guess it depends on what circles you run in, haha.
