    One last question: I normally only use a belt for squats with 85% or higher. Would it be a good idea also use them for lighter ones? Planning to do Juggernaut Method where the first month is 10 reps with 55%.

    Didn't mean it specific to Juggernaut Method. Rather: considering I have Spondylolysis, at which percentage of my 1RM should I start using a belt for squats?

    I put my belt on at 135 after the 3rd set.

    Obviously, my untrained eye is missing many things but what is the biggest two flaws with this squat?
