Thanks for doing that, Rip.
As a mid-40's guy who never lifted early on, it is certainly useful to get reminders and warnings about what to expect at my age, especially *before* injuries act as a much more brutal indicator.

Where I bust Mike's balls about being skinny.
Thanks for doing that, Rip.

Thanks, I really enjoyed this one given I am over 40.
I wanted to yell out,"Shut up and let Mark finish"
Hi Mark,
Listening to this, a couple questions I had were: (1) I was surprised how infrequent your squat/deadlift workout was and wondered what the rest of the workout/week looked like in your case and (2) for older folks in 40's who were wanting to do conditioning work, what thoughts you had on us older guys trying to do prowler work for example or if that falls into the same issue you mentioned with too much volume. any words of advice on implementing that?
You say in that podcast you don't know of anyone who alternated press and bench getting a shoulder injury. I got one.
I don't know you, Dave.
thanks Coach, really appreciate the take home message of "volume" management as it relates to geezers
That was very informative. I am 65 and sure understand that there is a big difference between intensity, volume and frequency. Sometimes less equals more . Thanks for the reminder.
