    Hello Coaches,
I’m a long time lurker, but this is my first form check. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

    36 year old male / 5’11” / 202 lbs.
Current squat work set: 315 lbs.

I have spliced together two videos – one at 285 from 3 weeks ago, and a view from the front at 315 from yesterday (to illustrate the knee cave issue I have that becomes pretty prominent at about 3 plates). When things start to get heavy, I just can't seem to keep my knees out.

Keep adding weight? or get this knee issue sorted out?

    Thank you.

Work on getting tighter. On 285, I see your left foot dancing around. In general, it looks like you are just rushing things too much. Get a big breath. Get tight. Contract all your musculature. Don't relax at the bottom and hope for a miracle on the way up. Bounce, stay tight, and hold your position through the middle. Continue to contact everything through the middle of the ascent. See if that helps.
