    I will wager real money that if there are any people that took Rip's original advice to be completely serious, then the original question was entirely theoretical for them.

    I'm thinking some of your parents should have seriously followed Rips' not-so-serious advice. The gene pool in this thread needs chlorine.

    On the upside, Rip may have just prevented thousands of stupid children from being born this year. God bless.

    I went for 6 months straight without sex of any kind and couldn't take it anymore and busted a nut now my lifting has suffered so maybe there is something to this..

    Coach, I think with the followings you have on this board (and judging from some of the responses from this thread), I bet it would not be that hard for you to start your own texas religious cult where the kids practice nothing but correct barbell lifts and, of course, celibacy.
