Quick note of thanks for your tutelage in all things barbell related. I bowl in a league & my fat flabby friends have noted the ferociousness of the punishment the pins receive with my newly acquired strength. Granted it doesn't get me laid much more than a Star Trek fetish, or wearing a tunic, but nonetheless...
