Intensity
I have an odd question. Sometimes when I work out, especially met con or even with heavy singles, I get out of breath and its hard to talk for a minute or two, but I saw a guy this morning who was on the treadmill and was able to read the newspaper and drink coffe while working out. What am I doing wrong and how can I achieve that level of fitness to be so relaxed in the middle of a work out? Help please.
