time for a change
Thanks for your help a while back regarding traveling, work recovery.. Unfortunately I lost my job due to the credit crunch and have loads of time to train lol.
Question is I'm stuck on my lifts, novice plan:
BW 170lbs 5,9
Looking to start maybe an intermediate program, hopefully this is the correct choice atm. If I were to use PP advanced novice plan would this help bench and press?
Are these numbers a reasonable place to get stuck? am I rushing into changing things?
Wish to add more muscle and strength so probably use the Texas method, would using fives on PR Fridays be ok?
Typical indications of the end of novicehood. Proceed towards intermediate in the way you see fit.
