I felt strong today so I made a big jump and put up 45's for my shoulder press. It didn't even feel heavy and I got 3x5 easy!

There is something very satisfying about lifting combinations of 45 lbs plates...by some weird coincidence in the past two weeks I hit 135 press, 225 bench, 315 squat for 1RMs. These have been informal goals ever since I started SS. However, I have not pulled 405 off the floor yet!
