    What if...you could only perform one barbell exercise? What would it be and why? This is a helluva question and I want y'all to take the time to thoroughly consider it.

    The way to obvious answer to "what lift" could well be the clean and press.

    starting strength coach development program
    I would probably go with one of Michael Hedges' or Leo Kottke's oldies. Those two rank amongst the best acoustic guitarists to ever walk the planet, in my humble opinion.
