Hi all, I'd appreciate a form check. This is the first time I've been able to take a video of my squats from a decent angle, I've never had my form corrected by anyone else. I noticed that I looked up a few times, this isn't my normal gym and I'm not used to squatting in front of a mirror. I'll avoid that next time.

Thanks a lot if you can take the time to help.

Other than keeping your head and gaze down, stop posteriorly tilting your pelvis before each rep. Start neutral and use your erectors to stay that way to the greatest extent possible during the rep. Get a better bounce at the bottom and stay in your hips the whole way up.

Your stance may be a bit wide but I can't tell for sure from this video.

Thanks for your expertise. I'll keep those tips in mind and try again. I'm not sure how I got into the habit of doing that before each rep.
