    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    How long would you advise a trainee to wait after receiving a partial menisectomy to perform squats and deads?

    This is above my pay grade. We'll see what others have to say. My guess is that pain will need to be your guide on this.
