It's not a set of 5 but hopefully a triple will do. This is my first set at 315. I got my second set as well though it was much more of a struggle. I felt like I got stuck halfway up for 2 seconds on the last rep of the 2nd set, but I managed to grind through it (I was pretty proud of myself for grinding through it).

Anyway, here's my first set of 3. Critique away. All criticism is welcome! Thanks in advance!

Firstly, congratulations on getting me a video from a useful angle. If only more people could follow your example. Whatever the case, well done.

Those are fine squats, if a bit deep. I tend to go a little too far below parallel when it gets heavy, too. Here are my two recommendations - cut your squat off a little higher, work to keep your chin down on your ascent.

My setup is my smartphone clipped into Amazon.com : ARKON Smartphone Grip Tripod Adapter (MG1420) : Tripod Accessories : Camera & Photo mounted onto Amazon.com : AmazonBasics 60-Inch Lightweight Tripod with Bag : Camera & Photo

You should add those two things to the sticky!

When I first started I had trouble hitting depth and I think I have since overcompensated. It looks like I need to find a happy medium now. I'll give those two tips a shot. Thanks for the help.
