Good start. Make sure you keep your head down, and work on getting rid of the pause at the bottom. You've lost hip drive, so work on concentrating on driving your hips up out of the bottom.

Knees, at the bottom, should not moving, so also work on getting them forward early, then keeping them still while you sit back / bend over.

    Also, knees out.

Finally, shoot your camera operator, and stuff him. That way he won't move around so much. See the sticky at the top of the forum for more instructions on how to film form checks.

Potentially. It's hard to tell from this angle.

The bar is a bit of high placement after watching this. I will work on hip drive, but atleast my back is good right? I don't want to have a broken back now.

Your back is fine, which is why I didn't say anything about it.

Would you also like a hug now?

This is about deadlift, when you pull up what's a better way to cue it? Do I basically pull fighting for my chest? Meaning when I'm fighting the weight I'm trying to show my tits to the whole world?

Yes. We call this "pulling the slack out of the bar" - IOW, getting rid of all the jangly rattle that the bar makes when it comes off the ground because the work you did squeezing up pulls on the bar, taking up some of the weight of the bar / plates.

AHH yes I get feeling. As I pull my lower back should be in the anatomical extension "the superman." To make sure I get this right, when I do cue the chest up on the starting position there's a limit to how much I bend, but with the cue up I'm feeling as if I'm lifting the bar already without even pulling it yet. This is the feeling?
