OK. Nothing much wrong here except you have a bit of a tendency to try an pick your head up on the way up. Some of the reps exhibit a lack of hip drive - you're leading with your chest. Exaggerate (a little) driving your hips up out of the bottom of the rep. The other is that you're awful slow / soft at the bottom. The turn-around of the rep should be quicker - it should look like a bounce. Bend over right from the start thinking "Point my chest at the floor" and bounce out of the bottom, keeping your head down, and driving your hips up.
