    Thank you for taking a look at my squat form. This is my third set at 345 and I can tell I am starting to wear down. During the lift I felt like I was going to rotate forward and there were a couple instances where I felt myself rocking forward onto the balls of my feet. Any commentary would be appreciated.

    You are allowing the bar to drift forward of your midfoot as you descend. Some of your reps are borderline high, too. Really work on holding on to your tightness as you get to the bottom and then turn around to come back up. Work on keeping the bar in a slot over the middle of the foot the whole time. Otherwise, things look okay.
