Bench form check
Dear SS Coaches,
would you have a look at my last submission, my bench press at 88 kg (193 lbs)? I'm sorry about the angle if it prevents you from seeing problems.

You are kind of wiggly and on your toes. Move your feet out a touch and get them flat on the floor. Get tighter, especially at the bottom of the bench. You want to be stable and feel like the bench is on rails. I suspect your grip is a little narrow, but cannot say for sure from here. Was it snowing while your were benching, too? If so, ouch. That is dedication.

OK, feet out and flat, tighter (recurring problem of mine actually), maybe grip a bit wider. Thanks Tom.
I don't recall it was snowing, and I've got a roof over me, so it's more likely some dust/chalk. I remember sweeping the platform that day, the first time since I don't even remember when, because for once I could see the whole garage. I'm afraid it's more carelessness than dedication...
