Sully, I need a form check
Hi Sully,
At the squat camp at Blackiron a couple of weeks ago, you were after me about my knees flying forward. What I have done is dial back to 275# with my work sets in order to work on form. Please check this out and see if this is closer to what you were telling me.

As a side note to anyone interested, you have to go to a camp for these lifts if you want to get better. The event at Blackiron Training was absolutely fantastic. Kris and Sully, along with the other coaches did a great job.

Couple of things:
1) You don't get Sully, you get me. Congrats
2) I think you've fixed the knee jab, but you've over corrected a bit - you could let your knees come forward just a LITTLE bit more before setting them. But you have fixed the knee jab.
3) MORE HIP DRIVE.

And I want to apologize to CHRIS for spelling his name wrong. Guy went out of his way to help me out with some vehicle issues when I went to his camp and I get his name wrong....

It's OK just as long as you don't get them mixed up. Chris loves his full head of hair.
