    1) What's with the pause / double bounce at the bottom on the first rep?
    2) You're bending at the hips first before your knees unlock. Don't. Hips and knees break at the same time.
    3) Don't know if you meant to, but you filmed these in slow motion. Squat faster.

    I looked again and I couldn't see a double bounce at the end of the first rep. What am I missing? However all of these probably have too much pause at the bottom. I'm focusing a lot on hitting depth, which causes this and the third problem you mentioned below.

    On further review I don't see it either. Maybe I was impatient, hoping you'd start back up sometime before the end of the month. In any regard, on a second look, watch your back: You are putting it into overextension. Don't do that. Just hold it in normal anatomical extension. Lock it in place. Don't let it MOVE. AT ALL. That means YOU don't move it, either.
