No. You'll do four sets. Two sets of 3 reps, with 1-3 lbs more than you have ever done before, and two sets of 5 reps with 5-10% less than that. You could do the two triples first, then the two back-off fives, or (my preferred way but YMMV) one of the fives, then the two triples, then the second five.
Regardless, this isn't a long term strategy. It's just eking a bit more out of LP without reducing volume, so that your transition into Intermediate programming is smoother.
