Elbows look a little high. Can you bring your gip in some and drop your elbows?
Aim your chest at the ground sooner and stay mid-foot.
Otherwise pretty good here.

I've made my best effort to film my squats from hip height and a 45 degree angle, but it is a little difficult due to limited space in my basement. Just got back into lifting weights again recently after a several year layoff.

I'll work on the elbow position (you're not the first to ever mention this, but i've been stubborn) and the other things you've mentioned. I'll post another video once the weight starts to get a little heavier, as my form starts to really break down at heavier weights. The squats in the video above are still pretty light for me.
