Thank you for your help everyone.

Tom, should I wait a week or two before posting another video of the squat? I just want to make sure I am understanding the sticky correctly, is it 1 set of 1 exercise per thread? Then for future analysis I should start a new thread or reply to this one after a few weeks?

Thanks again for taking the time to help me, I do really appreciate it.

Not too bad. Don't go so deep. Your stance could probably be half an inch narrower. Stay leaned over and cut your depth off a little. Threads get closed after about two weeks. If you have another question and this one is still open, you can post here.

Is there a particular queue(s) that you can suggest for telling when I've hit minimum depth, or is it a matter of trial and error watching video after each set?

    Thanks again, I appreciate it.

Something I have used to good effect is "squat high" or try and "squat above parallel." For people that continually go too deep in the squat, staying tight and getting to just below parallel will feel like it is well above parallel. You can check yourself via video to tell if you are still low enough. I tend to go too deep in the squat, too, so I struggle with this myself a bit.
