I have been doing staring strength for almost two months now and loving it. Not only have I seen gains but my lower back pain is gone. However I've had this Tightness and soreness in traps and neck staring before I started lifting. I figure strengthening will solve my trap pain like it did my back pain. However I only really feel like I'm working the traps when i do power cleans.

Are there other lifts I can do that will strengthen my traps and neck?

Post a video of your power clean. I can't see it from here.

Sorry that wasn't clear. It only feels like I'm working my traps when I power clean. Is there something I can add to my work out on a days to work my traps and or neck more?

Sorry I wasn't clear: Post a video of your power clean, because you're probably doing it wrong.

The answer to your question is: Yes. Heavy deadlifts.

Well, you're jerking the bar off the floor, and you have some arm pull, but I don't see anything here that would make your traps sore all the time.

I revert to my original answer: heavy deadlifts.
