I hit a new 5RM last night @ 405. I'm currently using an HLM template of ascending fives. The set prior to this #355 didn't feel like a walk in the park, so I was somewhat nervous. Had to pep myself up! Reps 4 and 5 definitely got a bit hairy, I just kept telling myself to get my knees out, and to drive my hips! Thanks for taking a look!

Pretty damn strong, man. Cannot say for sure from here, but it probably would not hurt my feelings if your knees were out a little more, but aside from that they looked good. Very nicely done.

Thanks for taking a look Tom. Just a little over a year and half ago I submitted my very first squat check to this board. It was severely fucked around. Within this time, you and several other SSCs have helped me get it together, and I really appreciate it. With that said, I got my crosshairs on #500!

I have no business commenting on form but I would say that how you re-racked the bar freaked me out...looks like you hit the pins not the uprights.

No reason to be freaked out. He racked it just fine. Gently, even.
