Knees, should they be perpendicular to your feet?
This is one thing that seems to confuse me. Is there such a thing as pushing your knees out too far?
If you draw a line from the floor, going through your ankles, should that line then go up through your knees? Or should your knees be way outside of those lines?
Also another thing that trips me up. Should the feet and thighs be pointing in exactly the same direction when in parallel dept? I feel like if my feet are at 30 degrees, and I push my knees way out, that my knees point in like at least a 45+ degree angle. Causing some strain on my knees.
I've read SSBBT3. I don't know if I'm just having a weird mental block about this stuff. Sorry if this is right in my face and or obvious.

Knees should track in a slot over the feet. So yes, like a lot of positional requirements, we see a lot of people over-do this and shove their knees out past their feet, which is incorrect. And is covered in the book.
