This is a follow up to my last week's form check:

This is the final set of three. From Steve's advice last week, attempted to get the hips and knees going at the same time and controlling the knees this time around. I'm still trying to get a hang of not getting so deep. But, I hope there are some salvagable reps in this set. Any and all recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Pretty good! Reps 3&5 you lost hips drive a little. Most notably on rep 5 when you picked your head up. Keep going things the same, concentrate on hip drive and keeping/driving head down on the way up.

Finally, I'd not lock out the rep so hard the bar lifts off your shoulders. That's not good technique since it actually moves the bar around on your shoulders. If you want to show off how strong you are to everyone, put another 130# on the bar.

Understood and will keep staying tight, controlled, and driving hips up in mind. I think that'll fix my lockout issue as well, I usually try exploding from bottom to lock out thinking that was beneficial but now I realize that I can control the lockout better with tightness.

And I appreciate the coaching Steve, the squats have been feeling much better.
