Left knee pain/discomfort after squats
Hi,
Just to provide some context I'm 33 YO 6'4" 214lb. I was doing the LP program and got my squats up to 225lb. The knee pain got worse and I stopped working out for a few months. I started the LP a month ago again but the knee pain is back. Usually I feel fine until I get to 175lb, and then my left knee starts feeling weird when I hit the bottom of my squat.

Bend over more, keep your knees from going so far forward. everything is moving forward as you descend. Keep the bar in a slot over the mid-foot - it should move in a vertical line. Better hip drive (you have some on the later reps, you're almost front-squatting the early reps.
