Front Squat Form Check
I have recently started including front squats into my programming. I need some input on form. I noticed that I seem to shift the weight back to my heels at the bottom. Limited dorsiflexion?
Any thoughts on how to better my form appreciated.

Honestly, those are excellent front squats. You occasionally drift on to your toes on the way up, but it is very minor. I don't see you shifting into your heels in any way that is problematic. Also, don't be afraid to eat a sandwich. Why are you incorporating front squats at this juncture?
