    Tom, I have a question. How do you tell (or what do you see) that indicates the lifter is on their toes? This is one thing that I seem to have trouble diagnosing when examining a squat. Thanks

    I apologize for bugging you some more. I tried to focus on pushing through my heels and moving the bar as straight up and down as I could.
    Would you mind taking a look to see if I was able to correct anythin? Thanks very much.

    In the video above, watch his upper body and barbell shift forward on several of his ascents. Everything just sort of subtly moves toward the toes.

    Aside from questionable depth on a rep or two, those look pretty good. Much improved from a balance perspective.
