I cannot really see what you are doing since you are silhouetted against the background, although it does look like your knees could come a little further forward early. Please check the sticky for how to film form checks.
Hi coaches, I was hoping to get a formcheck on my squat
I'm 25 and 5'7", and weight about 90 kg.
I squatted a set of 3 for 105 kg. I can do 100kg for a set of five, however I came back into the gym after a two week hiatus, and felt a bit weaker.

Thank you.

Sorry about the silhouetting.
Here's a video shot from around 45 degrees at hip height.

Unfortunately, I couldn't the camera far back enough to get my head and shoulders in the frame while standing, I'll try to fix that the next time I post a form check.
Narrow your stance a bit. Drive your knees out a little harder, especially on the way up. A narrower stance will help with that, too. Descend smoothly. Right now your descent is kind of uneven with starts and stops. Work to drive your butt up instead of lifting the chest.
Thank you coach.
I tried narrowing my stance and driving my knees out harder.

Those look pretty good. Go a little deeper, however.

Sorry for the angle, my place I shoot from was occupied. Anway, are these deep enough ?
Also, at the current weight, the bar starts to roll and slip down my back near the end of the set. This doesn't happen at the lower weights. I've tried narrowing my grip, but that seems to place the bar a bit higher up on my back, and makes the squats harder. What do I do to fix this ?
Thanks.
Those are too deep for the most part. You are relaxing in order to go that low. The trick is to get below parallel without relaxing and letting your back round. You also appear to be lifting your chest on the most recent sets. As for bar placement, have you watched the bar placement videos on this site yet? If not, check them out and see if you find the answer to your question. If not, post back here.
