    Hello coaches, I have another form check if you have the time. This is the best angle I can get as I am home alone with no one to film for me when I train. If needed I can try and get my wife to help sometime. I battle left shoulder problems also have a little pain between my lower scapula and spine. I have slowly been working my way back up after taking a break due to multiple injuries. My pr last year for bench was 225 for 3 if that helps at all. What do you think.

    Tough to say a lot from here. You take a very narrow grip, which is not bad for your shoulders, but omits some of what the pecs could contribute to the proceedings. Make sure you are pinching your shoulder blades back behind you and staying tight while you bench.
