could you please check my form?
But first a should mention that in the first month of training i had that elbow pain, which Rip mentioned in the book, i fixed the problem, but still, three months later i feel some pain and discomfort in the elbows after squatting.

You are overextending your spine. Stop arching your back so much and point your chest at the ground more. Also, go deeper. As for your elbows, here are some things to try: stop flexing your wrist over the bar and drop your elbows a little. If that doesn't help, consider wrapping your thumbs around the bar.
