Last week my techniques was solid in VD, now it looks like this:
Bad squat workout VD - YouTube

Sets 1 and 2/5 not shown, good sets
Set 3/5: Hips go forward, lose balance, lack of hip drive
    Set 4/5: Low energy level
Set 5/5: No energy left i was not even thinking what i was doing

What would u suggest me to think while squatting in order to clean this form?

    Further information if needed:

6 weeks trying to go further than 375lbs, the highest weight i could squat in advanced novice

    week1: 1x5x370 + 2 back offs i had a terrible workout when which i did 1 rep at 375 then i gave up
week2 and 3: inconsistent weeks, only 2 squat per week once light once. i did 1x3x375 + back offs then in the week, 1x2x375+Bo

Then changed to TM (the 3 last weeks)
First ID: 1x5x365lbs ok, Second ID: 1x5x370lbs ok, last week 1x2x375 failed in 3rd rep, but i was also under less than optimal conditions ( I ate less, was sick, technic issues etc )

I've identified the problems which where Close stance + leaning forward too much = losing balance and losing tightness in the bottom

I corrected the stance which is now like a 45lb plate diameter + an inch or two

Gained about 3lbs of BW in this in those 3 last weeks

    Best lifts
    Deadlift 1x4x350
    Squat 1x3x375
    Bench 1x4x230lbs
    Press 1x3x137lbs or 1x5x125lbs

Don't know what to do about my training
    Eat more?
Reset TM for a deload while improving technic... ?

    Thanks
