Squat form check
Hello,
Last few weeks ive been having pain in my left hip after squats. I would be grateful if i could get some feedback on this set:

You are lifting your chest a little and slightly overextending your back, but you aren't doing anything obviously injurious. Your left foot looks like it may be pointed out at 45 degrees or so. Make sure both feet are pointed at about 30 degrees instead of 45. Keep your back from moving and don't try and arch harder on the descent or the ascent. Keep driving your butt up all the way to the top.
