Squat Form Check!
I sense there may be a few issues with my squat technique, especially with my wrists when it comes to the thumb over grip. I'd appreciate if I could get some feedback on my most recent squat, especially on the depth as I am not sure whether I am slightly above parallel on some of my reps. Safe enough to continue my linear progression? The vids may not be great, but anything you can pick out from them will be mostly appreciated.
