Squat form check after long layoff...again
38 y/o 5'8" 183lb, week two. I had a foundation repair done to my home which took my gym from me for a long time. My goal is to finally exhaust my NLP. Thank you for your time.

Instead of initiating the squat by lifting the chest, drive your butt up first. Other than that, things look well sorted.
