    I've been programming the variants for a few months now without ever getting them checked out by a coach. Just want to get them Checked out to see if I'm doing them sound enough to proceed. Thanks in advance.

    You are starting with bar in front of your midfoot and you are yanking on it instead of squeezing it off the ground. Bring the bar back, get your hips higher, and get tighter. You are starting to pull on the bar while you are still kind of relaxed. Strong pulls, however.
