Squat Check
Hi Coaches,
Context
This was me squatting 80kg the other week. I wanted to know what I could do to improve my squat. At the moment, I feel my bar placement is incorrect because my elbows are a tad too high? I am trying hard for the bar not to roll down or roll in my hand. I am using a thumbless grip. I am using squat shoes, and I try to use the master cue of bar in the slot to make sure I am over midfoot.

Aside from being just a little high, those are very good squats. Go a little deeper and carry on. Nice work.
